Seth is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Advanced Open Water Diver (PADI), and self-defense instructor.

*This Monday, in case anyone missed it, I had the privilege of interviewing Seth. It was an interview I will never forget as Seth was genuinely charming, easy to talk to, intelligent, and ruggedly handsome. He made such an impression on me, as well as many others who came by the blog, which is why he is being featured here today.
