Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Everyone likes smoothies, right? And who wouldn't love a smoothie that's good for you too?

My daughter and I came up with this easy smoothie recipe that's sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. Plus, it's super pretty.

Ingredients:
  • 6 oz cup of vanilla yogurt (individual serving yogurts are perfect)
  • 2 heaping tsp of applesauce
  • handful of blackberries
  • 1 kiwi (sliced and peeled)
  • 4 strawberries (topped and sliced)

(Truthfully, any fruits will do. So, pick your favorites and go hog wild.)

Steps:
Blend all ingredients together. Garnish with a slice of each of the fruits you used. Serve immediately.

Serves:
1 adult (or two small children)
